Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was impressed by many aspects of the experience.
What I liked:
- Excellent location with convenient access to nearby attractions and transportation.
- Friendly and professional staff who were welcoming throughout my stay.
- Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room.
- Efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Good facilities and amenities that met my expectations.
Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
One area for improvement:
The only issue I encountered was regarding the security deposit. My company had already prepaid the accommodation before my arrival, yet I was still required to provide a security deposit at check-in. While I understand that hotels often have deposit policies, it would have been helpful if this requirement had been clearly communicated in advance or coordinated with the corporate booking arrangement to avoid confusion.
Overall:
Despite this inconvenience, my stay was positive and enjoyable. The quality of service, cleanliness, and comfort outweighed this minor issue. I would consider staying here again and would recommend the hotel to others, especially if the deposit policy is clarified for guests with prepaid corporate reservations. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
