    The twin room beds are too small

    Good location to stay in Hong Kong if you’re on your first time visit to the city. It’s walkable to Victoria Harbour, Harbour City, both K11 malls and situated near to Nathan Road with accessibility to the metro line to Mongkok, Jordan and Yau Ma Tei and to Hong Kong Island. A good area for watch shops and preloved luxury bags. In-house washing machines and dryers are only available if you opt to add on HKD70 for 24hours usage in the basement lounge which has many facilities. Rooms are considered large for Hong Kong standard. Note that no toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. Area might be too touristy for travellers preferring a slow pace and more local experience.

    My honest and fair opinion is this. Positive side: 1. location - hotel is located at the center of TST, near the subway, busstop and restaurants. 2. Honest and helpful staff with good communication skills - i forgot my slingbag in the vault/safe after we checked out and just realized it maybe after an hour, so i came back at the hotel at picked it up at the reception. Negative side/ things to strengthen 1. Cleanliness - they change towels everyday which is good but we we’re informed the first day that they dont change the bedlinens. They dont clean the room, basically just change the towel and collect the trash from the bin. 2. Noise - can be expected since it’s on the center of TST but maybe they can soundproof the rooms a little more. 3. Cigarette smell just right outside the entrance door. (Not child friendly) 4. We booked 2 family rooms, the TV on the first room was not working (just found out on our 2nd to the last day) and the tv on our room has a life of its own -turns on and off on its own ( even at midnight). 5. we didnt get access to the pantry/the one picture showing fancy furnitures/sofa on the basement
