From the moment you check-in on the 10th floor you notice the cleanliness—not just visually, but even the air smells fresh and inviting. That’s down to the incredible housekeeping team, who clearly take pride in their work. The corridors and my room feel meticulously cared for everyday, giving the whole place a peaceful, hygienic vibe that’s rare even in higher-tier hotels. A huge thank-you to the two young men who man the reception desk every morning. They’re the heartbeat of this place—friendly, efficient, and always ready with a smile and a local tip; esp. Evan. Whether it was helping with directions, storing luggage, or just greeting me with genuine cheer, they made each day start on a high note. This hotel won’t wow you with chandeliers or marble lobbies—but it will win you over with sincerity, cleanliness, and service that feels personal. For a budget-conscious traveller who values comfort and care, this is an absolute gem in bustling TST. Can’t wait to return! 🌟

    Highly recommended hotel. 3 mins walk to MTR and very near other tourist spots in TST. The room is neat and tidy with free water refilling every floor. Lots of resto and places to shop downstairs

    得一張凳仲要唔好坐嘅，咁我有兩個朋友上嚟坐邊啦坐喺床？ 啲窗見到出邊啲污跡好污糟！ 冇面巾，冇護髮素，但係又洗頭水唔係二合一唔知咩玩法好奇怪，冇包頭髮嘅沖涼巾，我個房已經係upgrade咗個Deluxe，我唔清楚未upgrade之前根本可能係冇櫈坐，同埋掛衫嘅位好奇怪啲區會跌落嚟嘅，如果你真係要我比分我覺得2.8分，係乾淨嘅，但係呢總之好奇怪啦個床同個電視距離得好近好唔舒服! I 我其實住過好多酒店，但係覺得呢間雖然佢話係文青啊比較年輕人啊，但係年輕人需要傾偈㗎嘛！俾我，我唔會再煮囉
