We had a wonderful stay at this five-star hotel in Madrid with our family. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well suited for a family stay. The staff was professional, kind, and always available to help, making us feel truly taken care of. The facilities were excellent and met the high standards expected from a luxury hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would gladly return on a future trip to Madrid

There were renovations going on in the hotel rooms above me and it was very loud. I am a regular at this hotel and have never had a bad experience before.
