Nice interior, friendly staff, excellent location.
Check-in took a bit long, some details in the room were sub-par, esp. given that interior aesthetics were one of key reasons we booked this hotel (half-broken towel hanger, sloppy wall paint work fixes, carpet below used to be nice until it lost its colors).

Professional staff, very helpful, attentive and polite. Clean room, comfortable bed. Clean linens and towels. Good- sized room.
Difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower area. Staff failed to top off the shower gel container, also missed replacing the empty facial tissue box.

El hotel es impecable. Su estilo. Su decoración. Todo es perfecto desde que entras: el perfume, los arreglos florales y el personal que te da la bienvenida. La ubicación está muy buena: cerca del centro pero no en medio del bullicio. El restaurante Apio Verde también está muy bien: buena atención y muy rica comida española
