Wonderful grand hotel in an excellent location. Staff was very helpful. We checked in early and we were given a courtesy room as they new we were coming off a very long international flight. The suite was gorgeous and well stocked with amenities. I would prefer staying Ina higher floor as there is occasionally some noise from events if any at the square nearby. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great about the hotel. My only complaint is that the sofa bed for my daughters is probably the worst sofa bed we've seen in recent years, especially for a 5-star hotel.
