Breakfast seemed to be fresh. We had egg, sausage, biscuits and the waffle. For the waffles they had some fruit jam toppings, chocolate chip. They also jad sausgae gravy and pasteries. Also had your expected cereal . The room was very roomy. The bed was a little on the hard side but i prefer a softer mattress.

My stay was decent. The room was clean and service was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the TV had nice accommodations. However, typical stock of cheap toilet paper and the cheapest coffee accommodation for the room. The parking lot is a nightmare and the convenience to the room is lacking in that same way. I can stay at motel 6 down the street with equal accommodations comfort and cleanliness for 80 bucks. Nothing really sets you apart from them except for maybe the breakfast but I have to get up too early to enjoy the breakfast.

Check in clerk helpful, room clean first day, good breakfast, parking great. Improvements: staffing should bring towels each day along with making beds, phones not working if you need something. When you’re up in age your body tires easily. Thank you all. God bless

Front desk worker was quiet. Checked me in, and gave me the key. Get to my room and the AC control was no where. AC was set at 72 so wasn’t unbearable. No answer at front desk when I called to ask, but it was for work so I just showered and went to bed. Front door lock did not work. Main lights in room did not work, but lamps and restroom lights worked so no fuss needed.

The bathroom in Room 209 has a leaking sink. A small Amount of water on floor. Not necessarily a criticism, just letting you know. Management informed as well. Good room for a Fairly reasonable rate.

On the side of the hotel we stayed there were many workmen living at this hotel. We experienced a very noisy night after they all returned from a night of partying. We had two other family members we had asked to be located with but were not. We asked them if they experienced a noisy night. They did not have a noisy night due to the fact their side of the hotel did not have resident guest.

This best western in Hereford Texas is a renovated roach motel. The ax/heater is from the mid 90s, the door was poorly fitted to the doorframe that the dirt from a dust storm blew in and coated myself and all my stuff with a layer of sand. It got so bad that I had to use a damp hand towel just to breathe. When I woke up and tried to shower, the towels turned brown from dirt when they got wet. The entire experience was disgusting. Watching a wash cloth turn brown in your hands from dirt is just gross. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever. Someone with asthma could have died.

Heater couldn't be adjusted so the room was pretty cold the whole time i was there. Seems to have a pretty rough clientele with car alarms going off all night. Coffee was out at breakfast and eggs were watery. Not the best experience.
