Smooth check in process. One minor issue which was resolved quickly with the manager and front desk staff. Location was close to I-64, restaurants, and othef locations. Room was in good shape and had a microwave and fridge.

They gave us a handicapped room which was fine but showering became an issue because the shower head was so low. There were some questionable stains on the wall in front of the toilet. Lastly; there’s a huge gap under the doorway and the door hinge. Which I know isn’t health department approved. That being said bugs were coming in the room. We had to use a towel to block off the gap. Other than that the lady at the desk was super nice and the house keeping guy was as well.

The 1st room ( 128 ) they put us in . The front door wasn't safe ... it had about 1/2 inch rise from the floor , and you could see outside . The bathroom was updated . The smell entering the room was beyond meldew . TV didn't work . They moved us to room 101. The smell entering was musky . The bedding & pillow cases had short black hair on them . The dispensers for handsoap , shampoo & shower gel were either a tiny amount in them , or had nothing in them . The one cup coffee pot on the bathroom counter was molded inside the water bowl ( no water ) . The air condition unit was set on 60• , and would not adjust to a more comfortable temp , and it was very loud . Although we stayed at this same location 10 yrs ago . I will give them kuddos to taking out the carpet , painting the walls .

The room was very cheap, and I understand that, but some general maintiance could go a log way to improving the place. Example, I could see daylight under my door, and along the side also. The weather outside was mild, but this winter that room will be miserable with wind blowing in.

Room needed renovation and update. Beds had springs coming thru mattress and were very uncomfortable as well as soiled. Sheets appeared to have stains of foreign matter. The cleanliness of room was satisfactory but bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing. The door needed a bolt or safety chain . The shower was only bright because plenty of hot water.

The room was in disrepair, there were at least 15 stinkbugs, after I had eradicated them two or three more come crawling out from under the bed, the old saying you get what you pay for is true

We stayed for two nights. After checking in we checked out the room. At first we thought it was fine. However later that night we found out that there was no way to plug the tub to soak. The drain piece was sitting on the side of the tub and had to be placed over the drain to take a shower. The mini fridge didn’t work well as it would not even cool a bottle of soda/pop. First night I was awakened by the sound of dogs fighting close to my room. Then someone kept hitting their key fob and locking and unlocking their car so it kept setting the car alarm for over 15 minutes. In addition, to another dog barking and people yelling outside the room! Lastly the bed seemed to be broken down in the middle so I kept rolling to the middle of the bed!

The hotel and staff were great. The police who stopped us our first night there apparently watch the hotel from across the road because they wanted to know what we were doing there. They said there was unwanted activities at that hotel. We did not experience any problems or "bad element". It was clean and quiet.

Property was *clean enough* but certainly not clean. Shower dripped the entire time and bathtub had no plug to actually take a bath. Cleaning product used by staff had a horrible, eye burning smell. Close and convenient to everything around. Nice big parking spaces.

What a dump! Don’t go by the pictures which are posted from some other property. We go in the room and no carpet the furniture looks like it from a thrift store, paint chipping on counters, flys coming in through a hole of missing weatherstripping and the best a broken lock. Keep my money!

I reserved a non-smoking room and when you walked in, you could tell somebody smoked in it burn holes in all the bedding and in the morning after we left for the whole day and came back we didn’t even get room service because they decided to tell the office that we had to do not disturb sign up when we did it so we had to hunt someone down to get clean sheets and towels for our self

When I checked in, I noticed the lobby was a little run down and the turtle tank looked like sewer water. I still checked in, got my room key and proceeded to find my room. When I walked in I was immediately knocked down by the smell of cigarette smoke. I went back to the front desk and requested another room. The staff was kind and granted my request. When I got to my second room it was just as bad as the first. There was hair on the bed, the bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned, paint was coming off the walls, the doors looked like they had been chewed up by a dog, and the air conditioner smelled like someone had urinated in the vent. I checked out immediately. The only reason I gave a one star terrible rating is because there was not a zero!

The room was damp. There was standing water on the floor. I almost fell. The clerk brought in a few rags and threw them on the floor and left them there. Said she would talk to her boss to see if she could give me a discount but didn't.

Wish I would've gotten a first floor like all my other stays but other than the bathroom door handle only working sometimes. I'd say it was a decent stay. I traveled with my cat and they actually didn't have a trick 'pet' policy that actually meant dog policy so that was awesome.
