?$100 CASH deposit?

Nothing, the owners are very rude, and something weird is going on in there.

The owner wanted $100 cash deposit and said I smelled like cigarette smoke, and if I stayed and the room smelled like smoke, he keeping my $100. I told him I smoke outside even at home, and he told me that because my clothes smell like it, the room is going to smell like it, and he needed $100 cash. Needless to stay, I canceled my stay. Something fishy about $100 deposit cash. I told him he could do the deposit hold on my card like every hotel does, but no, he needed $100 in cash for me to stay.

Easy check in and neat and clean room but the bed killed it all. Definitely old mattress. Breakfast was snacks- not what

Right off the highway so easy to get to. Not fancy, but neat and clean.

Only when i checked in did they mention the breakfast was not a hot breakfast- ugh! What’s with EconoLodge? And signs posted everywhere saying you couldn’t take your breakfast to your room. The deal breaker was the mattress- it was hard but literally had a huge indentation in the mattress where everyone had laid. Miserable to sleep on- turn the mattress or perhaps replace??? My back this morning is paying for it.

The owners!! Very accommodating. Friendly and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay.

It looks sketchy driving up to it - like maybe GPS made a grievous error or you’ve found yourself in the beginning of a Stephen King novel. There are cuts in the drywall where the electrical cords come directly out. It’s functional but not reassuring. The towels were thin and stained. Overall, it’s decently clean, but there’s room for improvement. The free breakfast was bleak.

The only good thing was we were close to the exit.

The room was small, bathroom was cramped shampoo empty, the walls were stained (water) 🤷‍♀️, there was black tape in place of a light switch, tv remote did not work, & beds were very uncomfortable.

Staff was polite when I checked in but that was only interaction.

Bed slept good but pillows weren't great. The room was somewhat clean. Bathroom and desk and carpet were clean. There were what looked like grease stains on the bedding. Cobwebs in the window, and the walls were definitely in need of attention. Several spots of damaged paint and stains around the sink. The single use Shampoo and conditioner bottles were half full so I'm guessing we got the previous guests leftovers.

Hotel is nice, clean and easy to get to and from. Staff is super friendly and the rooms and building are very clean. Budget friendly prices.

Only complaint I had was the bed. I seen other reviews say it's uncomfortable. It really is. Breakfast was also lacking.

I’ll be a returning guest.

HBO channels and many other regular TV channels. It was quiet. The heater was quiet and worked well. I only had a couple Cherry yogurts and coffee for breakfast. But there was breads, cereals and fresh fruit options. It’s basically ran and cleaned by the owners so there is much pride and attention to detail.

It might look a little old from outside. However, once I walked in, I felt great. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was SUPER CLEAN and smelled GREAT. The wood floor was clean as well. Fast internet, quiet neighborhood, cool AC. It's definitely a place for staying overnight. Strongly recommend :) I will come back again.
