The Lady Hamilton Hotel was a lovely oasis right on the edge of the Old City (Gamla Stan). Alex, who was at the desk when we arrived, was welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay, offering great suggestions on areas to visit outside of the Gamla Stan, as well as pointing us in the right direction within the old city . He really helped us get a better feel for Stockholm.
Our room was quite comfortable and immaculate, however, unless you specifically request it, no one comes in to empty the trash or make the bed.
Breakfast offered lots of choices, including bacon and eggs, cheese, ham, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads and pastries; there was a wide array of vegan options as well. The regular coffee was good. They charge for espresso and cappuccino.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious. The location in old town was perfect.
