Brilliant location, breakfast was above average, staff very helpful, especially Niko.

Initially we had a tiny room that was very badly laid out. We were travelling with friends and their room was fine, albeit small, but we expect that in Europe. We asked to be moved, and they were able to put us in a different room, still tiny but a better lay out, so it worked so much better for us. Would love a fridge in the room.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The place was clean. The breakfast was exceptionally good.

Our bedroom was very small and difficult to manoeuvre around as the ceiling slanted so much I had to bend forward to walk to my side of the bed, otherwise I would bang my head. The other side of the bed was too cramped to have any bedside table. There was no towel rail. The room had very little storage space and the tiny ‘wardrobe’ was in an awkward place. Moving around the room altogether was difficult.

Very good Situation, Everything within walking range. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Tiny rooms, bathroom included. Little comfort. No electric plug in the bathroom, hardly any space between bed and desk, no safe in the room, tiny wardrobe… no bathrobes. The room does not deserve 4*. No place to sit and relax, except a few seats at the reception.
