Room was very small and bathroom barely big enough to move. The bathroom had a good shower but lack of space outside of it to dry.

Very attractive hotel in great location. Nice restaurant and bar open well into the evening. Staff arranged great boat tour for us.

We paid £600 for a suite with a sauna which was excellent by the way and would have been worth the money but totally ruined by the bin men emptying the bins at 5am followed by all the deliveries to the hotel and trolleys being dragged up the street meant we had hardly any sleep on the two nights we stayed. £1200 for two nights without sleep and a window facing another buildings hallway (room 414) The best rooms in the hotel don’t come with a view I was told 😂 The breakfast buffet was luke warm not hot and had run out of a few items 20 mins before closing on our first day They offered to cook fresh but was told it would be 15/20 minutes. It felt like hassle for them so we didn’t stay 2nd day we didn’t even bother. Staff were fantastic Location great Spa is great Room was superb (ours had a sauna in it)
