Rooms are nice and clean but quite small.
There is an onsite nightclub and concert venue that causes Friday and Saturday and one can faintly hear the music in the rooms, making it potentially hard to sleep.

Charming hotel with great character. The staff and especially the concierge were very helpful and the location was perfect for our touring needs. Breakfast buffet was fresh and offered a nice variety.
We also liked the easy access to the water front, etc.
