Fantastic location, with very friendly staff. Bar and restaurant was superb for beers and food. again staff were absolutely lovely.
Chamber maids were friendly and caring.
Staff at breakfast could be more welcoming with a, good morning or hello. Maybe this is not the done thing. I wasn't sure. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. Had a wonderful room, that was just perfect.

交通の便がよい（中央駅前、地下鉄駅が真下）
スタッフ対応がフレンドリーでよかった。
ヨーロッパのホテルで、朝食付きでコストパフォーマンスはいいと思う。
Economy Roomは一人寝るだけであれば狭いけどあまり気にならなかった。Superior Single Roomは、ケトルあり。部屋は結構広かった。両部屋ともにシャワーのみなので問題ない人はおすすめです。

An amazing heritage hotel 5 min walk to city hall and the opera house. 10 min walk to the old town. Central train station across the street. Restaurants and walking only shopping haven 2 min away. Amazing staff tasty breakfast

An amazing week-long stay! Highly recommend.
I stayed here for over a week, and the absolute best part of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always greeted me with a warm smile, and went out of their way to help me.
The location is perfect—right in front of the Central Station, making it super convenient to visit Gamla Stan and the city center. Even though it's near the station, I felt completely safe and secure thanks to the reliable security guards on duty.
The breakfast was top-notch, delicious, and offered high-quality hotel dishes. I also loved the fitness center in the basement; it’s equipped with modern, state-of-the-art facilities. I would definitely stay here again!
