Small room but got the job done, good location, ok breakfast, competitive price

Got the broad strokes but missing the details, like providing a kettle and teabags but no teacups, missing hangers for hand towels in the bathroom, serving stale cereal in decorative jars for breakfast. There was limited privacy between bathroom and bedroom. In our case paying extra for a room with a window was not worth it as it was just above the trash disposal in the courtyard and we had to keep the curtains closed the whole time as people were staring into the room.
