We just escaped what can only be described as a post-apocalyptic Wyndham fever dream masquerading as a “Golf Resort.” Chateau Mar? More like Château de la Merde. “Why Is There Dried Blood on the dresser and Why Won’t the Elevator Move Faster Than Continental Drift?” This was a last minute booking. I booked this place because my husband loves golf (even though we were not planning to golf and only was staying one evening) the photos looked like someone slapped a mid-century modern filter on a crime scene and called it boutique. FALSE ADVERTISING LEVEL: FELONY. There is no golf. The course is either dead, buried, or on strike. Probably unionized with the roaches. Checked in. Room smelled like despair and what i would expect a prison cell to smell like. Toilet seat? Broken like someone tried to murder it with their bare ass. TV? Possessed or simply deceased—wouldn’t turn on, just stared back at us like “bro I’ve seen things.” Countertop had what I can only describe as a crime-scene Rorschach test in dried crimson. Was it blood? Ketchup from the last guest who rage-quit? I don’t know. I don’t want to know. I just know I’ve never moved faster in my life to escape. The only staff member there was the girl at the front desk. I honestly felt terrible for her. She was juggling calls, handling a Jamaican Soccer Team while remaining optimistic. She either deserves a raise or a medal for working in those working conditions. This is no reflection of Hotels.com. Elevator. Oh swee

The shower flooded the floor in our original room 818. We were then moved to Rm 422 and the television was inoperable the whole day and the same was true for my father's TV in Rm 815. Lastly, I fell out of the chair in Rm 422 because one of the legs broke. I was thankful not to be hurt

Never serviced our room had to ask for clean towels , no shampoo/ soap. Loud and smelled Like pot. Only one elevator worked. No vending machines or coffee. Would not recommend, especially for the price

Im very disappointed. Can you imagine a later checkin after a lo long flight, then you try to get a shower just to find out that the hotel didn’t leave any towel at the room. Not even a small towel, simply nothing. Then when calling front desk they advised the didnt have towels. What kind of hotel operates like this specially for $173 just for 1 night???

Floors were disgusting everywhere. Everything was broken in the fitness center. Two different types of hair in my bed. Coffee pot broken. Not much interaction with the staff but they seemed ok. Building/facility was absolutely NOT what I expected. Completely run down.

Pictures need to be updated for sure, rooms are decent, pillows are small little squares, the body wash in shower was broken and empty, no lotion in bathroom so make sure you bring your own. There is no real bar here, the pool was fun to play. The evening time was hard to sleep because there was parties all over the hotel with loud music and you could hear people yelling and walking all night!

The hotel has had a rapid decline since we last stayed here in 2024. The facilities were very disappointing. There was only one working elevator, the ice machines did not work, the televisions in multiple rooms didnt work.The room had no ventilation, there was nothing in their vending machines. Housekeeping removed towels without replacing them. I watched mutuple people have to go downstairs to ask for towels. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful I do hope thia hotels gets some upgrades soon , but i cannot see myself booking here again.

Every day I have problems with a new reservation for my room, and I have to kindly ask them not to wake me up and put up the do not disturb sign, but they still wake me up. This is horrible for someone who is being treated for depression and trying to regulate their sleep.

Terrible experience , first time checking out and getting another room . The front desk staff was helpful but limited on what they could do & overworked . First off , checking in I was sceptical since the Lobby was full of a lot of loud people . I checked in anyways and when I got to my room I noticed my TV was missing from the wall but the remote was still on the dresser. There was a Simon says (seriously) on my nightstand for entertainment… as I was trying to relax in my room with no tv , a family of 5 opened my door because they had the same key and room number ?? They said I was in their room but I showed them my keycard & we realized we had been given the same room. I was there first so they went away, I had plans that evening and at that time decided I didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything in my room . I took my stuff downstairs & tried to find something that would make this hotel doable, unfortunately I found more trains to leave . Very run down and it’s in a bad area I ended up checking out after 2hrs and got a new room elsewhere where I was happy .

The mattresses were very hard. They need to look into changing them out. Also maybe look into looking into putting carpet in the rooms, as it was noisy.. We could hear everything going on in floors below and above us. The hallways were super noisy. Staff could have been a little more friendly.

Very disappointed with everything about the hotel, nothing was as advertised, the basketball and tennis courts were very dirty, elevators not working, pool table is old and missing covering, there is no chalk for the cue, the toilets get clogged right after they unclog it. Absolutely terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The resort is a little dated. But it was clean and the rooms were big and beds were really comfortable The check in wa seasy and Arielle was really nice and helpful. There were multiple events going on and I couldnt hear the music or any noise. I love the old concrete construction its solid and you cnat hear nada!! I requwsted a microwave but when I arrived they didnt have one. But theh have one at the lobby so we used it. The hotel is very centric. Las Olas blvd is like 14 mns and 45 from Miami(not at pick times) The pool and the backyard area was clean and it was inviting. Bring your toiletries as the hotel provides the minimum and its not of good quality.

Old, dirty hotel (I found cockroaches at the reception and inside the room), horrible bathroom, misleading photos. We booked two nights, slept the first one and left for another hotel. I do not recommend this hotel!
