The breakfast selections were plentiful, with enough options to keep you satisfied. The rooms were clean, the AC unit in our room malfunctioned, but we were placed in another room over night. The unit was promptly repaired the next morning. However the overall hotel experience was good.

The AC unit in our room malfunctioned and was a noisy after it was repaired. The room could have had more seating and a table, as well as a sink to wash reusable utensils.

This hotel was delightful, and I will return when in the area.

I liked most of what the hotel had to offer, especially the ease of checking in and the daily room service option.

The breakfast did not have plain eggs, and cereal options were limited. I am not a fan of carpeted rooms; floors always look dingy.

Late check-in time (4pm) sucks, but everything else is good.

The staff and booking should be in alignment. Booking.com says check-in is at 3pm, whereas the staff member, without hesitation, said booking is wrong and must follow the hotel's policies, which say 4pm. He was a bit rude, and I felt confronted without fault.

The staff was cordial and the location was awesome to spend time with family.

Upon our arrival, I experienced hair and bugs in the bedding. Housekeeping took four hours to address this concern. I appreciate the pet friendly environment but ticks or fleas should not be a concern for guests.

The room was not throughly cleaned,or supplied. 1. There was a woman’s sanitary thing behind the toilet paper roll. 2. There was a dipping sauce top on side of sofa cushion. 3. There was only 1 wash cloth in bathroom. 4. The shower shelf was repaired sloppy and still sagging. Other than those things, everything was the same. Breakfast eggs & meat could be better as mentioned in earlier comments.

I would say based on where I have stayed this hotel meet my expectations for price and cleanliness

Unfortunately I was not able to catch breakfast but we were able to get warm coffee or chocolate mix. I liked the convenience of the snack machine and the complementary cookies. Location is good as well as it’s close to pretty much most of the place I needed to go.
