    Staying here for a night is so convenient for people who have a flight the next day and they also offer free airport transportation so thats a plus. Room we stayed in is big enough and comfortable.

    I visited with high expectations for the professional service of the global Hilton brand and the welcoming culture of Seattle, but my check-in experience with the front desk agent, ***, fell far short of those standards. ​I had already fully prepaid for my room via Agoda. However, *** attempted to charge me for the room again. When I pointed out that the payment was already completed, rather than promptly verifying the issue, she simply muttered excuses about "third-party platforms." ​Although she eventually realized her mistake and only charged the $50 deposit, she did not offer a single word of apology. Any internal system issues with third-party bookings are the hotel’s responsibility to handle seamlessly, not an excuse to treat a customer with a bad attitude. This lack of basic courtesy and professionalism completely fails to meet Hilton’s brand standards. ​Given her dismissive and unapologetic demeanor, I couldn't help but wonder if I was being treated so lightly because I am a foreign traveler. Seattle is widely known for its inclusive and welcoming culture, and *** bad attitude completely undermines that local spirit. ​I strongly urge management to remind this staff member of what it means to represent the global Hilton brand and how to treat all guests, including international travelers, with proper respect.
