Clean and tidy room in shared apartment. Good value.

The check in was easy - key code but could’ve been confusing as I was in room three but had to go through a door marked 2B to enter main apartment. As it turns out there was a friendly tenant who arrived just before me who removed this potential confusion. The room itself was large, spacious and clean with a working TV. The ceilings where high and furniture sparse giving the impression of space. This countered the fact that there was no natural light - no windows with the exception of a high wall window to the communal corridor. The kitchen and shared bathroom were both clean and tidy.

A bit noisy. Lads up until early hours and kept waking me up.

Location was not ideal for site seeing. Pillows were not too large and couldn’t sleep on them. Worst place we stayed in

Felt like I was in a basement. Had horrible WiFi. Owner never responded to a very important question and that was we needed a ride to the train station. They had said for a fee they could arrange transportation and we never heard back.

Чудово! Святкували тут новий рік, взяли з собою судочки і навіть пергамент, але це не знадобилося, адже в номері було буквальновсе!! Духова, холодильник, безліч тарілок , стаканів і прочого. Це було зручно, я дуже переймалася через це, але все було супер!

Звісно, це наче комунальна квартира, ми взяли кімнату на 3х, і це було добре, але не якби ми захотіли потанцювати, бо стеля була трохи низькою,багато сусідів, у всьому іншому все добре.

Schlechte Kommunikation, Zugang zu spät übermittelt

Es wurde erst sehr spät ein Code zum Check-In bereit gestellt was ein Planung schwer macht und zu Wartezeiten gesorgt hat. Die Telefonnummer war nicht erreichbar und der Kontakt via Chat war nicht besonders freundlich/ es erfolgte keinem Entschuldigung.

현관문이 열리지 않아서 전화하니까, 자기들이 와서 열어주면 돈 내라고 함. 그런 정보는 예약사이트에 있어야하는 거 아닌가? 부킹닷컴에서 많이 예약하였지만 프런트데스크 없는 시설에서 고객이 전화로 도와달라고 하는데 돈내라고 하는 것은 정말 처음임. 저렴하니까 참았다. 돈내기 싫어서 수 차례 혼자 시도하여 겨우 열었음. 1인실에 있었는데 복도에 가벽으로 만든 임시 방이라 밖이 보이는 창문이 없었음. 저렴하니까 그냥 지냈다.

Ruhige Lage, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Alle Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber. Küche vorhanden und Bad mit Badewanne. Ich würde wieder dort buchen, aber nur das Zimmer mit Fenster.

Das Zimmer war inneliegend, sehr klein und eng, hatte kein Fenster, nur ein kleines Fenster was in den Flur ging. Das Zimmer roch muffig als ich ankam, die Möglichkeit zu lüften gab es nicht. Das TV Gerät funktionierte nicht richtig. Auf eine Nachricht die ich an das Unternehmen schrieb bekam ich keine Antwort.

Praktische und saubere Unterkunft

Alles war so wie es versprochen war. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe, alles war sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Check-In verlief absolut problemlos und auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war gut.

Einziges Manko war, dass unser Zimmer (Zimmer 1) direkt an der Straße lag und es Nachts durch vorbeifahrende Autos oder laute Passanten etwas lauter war, als wir es erwartet hätten.

Leider habe ich mich in Koblenz Corner Rooms nicht wohlgefühlt.

Das kleine Zimmer hatte nur ein winziges Fenster und die Luft war extrem stickig. Aufhalten konnte ich mich dort nur bei laufendem Ventilator. Die umliegende Gegend schien mir wenig vertrauenswürdig. Es gab im Haus bzw. im Hof keine Möglichkeit, ein Fahrrad sicher anzuschließen. Das soziale Klima in der Unterkunft war sehr anonym. Die Gäste waren unfreundlich, der Kontakt zum Personal lief nur über Telefon.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und äußerst komfortabel. Besonders gefallen haben mir das bequeme Bett, die ruhige Atmosphäre und der schöne Ausblick aus dem Fenster. Das Badezimmer war geräumig und mit hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. Auch der Zimmerservice war schnell und freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen – ich komme gerne wieder!

La grandeur de la chambre et la propreté . La mise à disposition des draps et des serviettes .

Je n’avais pas compris dans l’annonce que la salle de bain et la cuisine étaient partagées. Effectivement c’est dans le titre de l’annonce après relecture mais ce n’est pas précisé à nouveau dans l’annonce ce qui ne serait pas inutile. J’aurai apprécié également une meilleure communication en amont . Mes messages sont restés sans réponse . J’ai reçu les informations sur la chambre avec les codes 1h avant .
