Gute Lage im Zentrum. Bars und Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Trotzdem sehr ruhig auf Grund der rückwärtigen Lage im Gebäude. Klimaanlage und bequeme Betten. Sauber. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur. .
Spartanische Küchenausstattung. Kein Esstisch. Terrasse zwar vorhanden, aber kaum nutzbar, da sie sich in einem Schacht befindet. Keine Aussicht. .

Appartamento molto carino, posizione comoda (a piedi: 15 min dal centro storico, 30/40 da Plaza de Espana), in un quartiere vissuto e non troppo turistico, vicino a diverse opzioni per mangiare e passeggiare. Silenzioso. Cucinino dotato di tutto il necessario per qualche giorno di vacanza. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il check-in (al nostro arrivo le pulizie non erano ancora state effettuate) ma i gestori sono stati tutto sommato molto gentili e disponibili.
Il bagno senza finestra che purtroppo aveva un odore sgradevole di chiuso. Lo spazio esterno è poco valorizzato e non abbastanza pulito/attrezzato per poterlo utilizzare, quindi alla fine non l'abbiamo sfruttato. Avevamo richiesto della carta igienica aggiuntiva che non è mai arrivata.

Letto era scomodo,bagno non funzionava aspirazione ,mancavano alcuni accessori in bagno ,il divano era scomodo mancava il tavolo
