Location: the apartment is in a very central location, with the city centre, cafés, restaurants, and many tourist attractions within easy walking distance. Despite being in a lively area, the room was surprisingly quiet as it is set inside the building, which also has a beautiful entrance. Facilities: the apartment offers easy and secure access and is well equipped for a comfortable stay. It has everything needed for self-catering, plenty of space, and a comfortable bed. Communication: communication with the owner was smooth and straightforward. They were responsive and also provided useful information about the city when requested.

The apartment is advertised as having air conditioning; however, I was unable to adjust the temperature or fan speed. With daytime temperatures around 39°C, the room remained quite warm at night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. When I requested assistance, I was asked to contact another person directly. As I was travelling with roaming charges, this was a little inconvenient and I am more accustomed to communicating with a single contact person who then coordinates any necessary support. The apartment itself was generally fine, although the floor could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I also enquired about luggage storage due to my early departure at 7:30 a.m. Storage was available, which I appreciated, but only from 9:00 a.m. and at a separate location about a 15 minute walk away, which was not very practical with large luggage. Overall, a few improvements in guest support would make the experience even better.

Limpieza excelente, la ubicación respecto a lazona antigua, bien comunicado con linea bus, mucha zona de caferteria y resptaurantes alrededor, conexion con el anfitrion excelente muy atentos a nuestra llegada, los colchones estupendos.
