Lots of space for a group of 10 adults, 2 kids and a dog Rooms were big and plenty of seating Kitchen had all you needed Location was good Check in/out process was easy Communication was fab from Richard, anything we needed he sorted and great customer service
Outside areas could do with a bit of TLC but time of year probably contributed to that Could do with some mirrors in bedrooms and bathrooms

The location is in a quiet neighbourhood and easy reach of both countryside and local towns. The property is spacious, with large bedrooms and plenty of outdoor areas, with a hot tub (extra charge but great addition). We were 14 plus 2 toddlers and easily fitted around the pool table which converts to a large dining table. Despite my comments about what we didn't like, we had a fantastic time, as its rare to find an affordable place where so many people can stay together.
It didnt feel very well looked after and we had a few issues during our stay. Richard of Boss Properties, was very helpful and incredibly quick to respond and try to resolve issues. But it seems some of the problems were the responsibility of the owner who isn't attending to them as quickly. Hopefully this will be resolved as it could be an amazing place to stay.
