Didnt stay, it was too bad and totally unsafe!

We took five 9 year old girls to stay with their mums at this house. It was disgusting filthy, very poorly maintained and smelt very strongly of smoke and completely unsafe. A man entered the house after collecting the key from the key box and put his washing in. This was unacceptable that seemingly if someone knew the key code they could walk in. Five 9 year olds could not stay in this house with their mums. The bathroom tiles were filthy and the bathrooms themselves have seen better days and were not clean. The whole house was in a bad state of repair with wobbly bannisters, missing rails and shockingly dirty. Many walls needed repairing and painting, there were so many cracks in the plaster. The rooms were tiny and the living area was very small, not enough space for the amount of people to gather which the house says it can hold, the kitchen chairs were broken, torn and in a sorry state. The front door had a huge gap in it. The garden area was full of rubbish. The banister had parts missing along the landing and up the staircase. The dirt was visible in all rooms, especially the kitchen cupboards, skirting boards and stair cases. The towels were aweful and unkempt The beds looked like they had already been slept in. Anyone who knew the code to the key box could access and someone did and put their washing in the washing machine. We came, looked and left and stayed in the local holiday inn paying additional money after having paid the property £350 for one night. However, it was neccesary as it was a 200% safer environment for the children, clean and well kept. The photos look lovely but the actual reality of the property was very, very poor. It was totally unclean, unacceptably poorly maintained, and most importantly unsafe for us to stay there with children. We have asked for a refund, reported it to booking.com, but not heard anything yet.

Great place to stay, but other people that we had to share the shared spaces with, were unpleasant

The shared bathroom was good, but someone left pee in the toilet and the seat up. Other people there woke us up at 6am by banging, slamming doors and talking. Wifi didn’t work at all.

Spacious but disappointing with some services not working.
The rooms were spacious.
Washing machine was full of wet towels. We wanted to do washing as we stayed 2 days but the washing machine kept throwing the fuse and power points didn’t work. Oven had a greasy dirty tray in it. Only 3 forks and 6 knives for 8 ppl! Limited cutlery. No kitchen sink plug. Hard to make it ‘self-catered’ nicely when it’s difficult to cook or do washing. They said maintenance guy would come and check Electricals and washing machine to fix it but then messaged late in the afternoon to say maintenance were away on holidays. A guy came to check the oven, showing it works but only to discover the oven door was broken.

One night in hell..
The location was fine.
The rooms were poor.very cold. Just one shower.and u had to go all the way downstairs through the sitting room and kitchen to get to the bathroom.horrible experience.

Shower didnt work properly, people from other rooms were loud and weird when you met them somewhere in house, our room have rubbish in bin when we arrived, they also want your ID picture send on email or whatsapp, which is so strange

SUPERLATIVE RECEPTION & ACCOMODATION, 10 STAR
Reception and functional attitude of the host. They could go to any extent to assist. Imagine the host wanting to help me to take up my luggages but l declined, it wasnt his job. It is a good, tranquil and secure place to stay. It is now my second home.
They were very polite, courteous and handy. Call them anytime, they will respond with happiness. I give them 10 star, 5 start is too small for them

Günstige Lage für Fussballfans
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe des Molineux Stadions der Wolverhampton Wanderers was für unseren Fussballtrip ideal war. Die Infos zum Check-In wurden rechtzeitig gesendet. Der Host ist sehr freundlich und sympatisch.
Unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war kalt. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Dazu muss das Gemeinschaftsbad defintiv grundgereinigt werden.
