The hotel was in a fantastic location, beautiful Sea view and everything was in walking distance, beach, pubs , restaurants , Shanklin Chine , town and The Old Village . The owner was very informative and was in the middle of renovating the hotel , but this didn’t interfere with our stay . They also cooked the best English Breakfast , I have ever had !

This was our second stay at Keats Green Hotel. Steve is a great host, the rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and offer a great night's sleep after a busy day exploring the island.
Breakfast is also great, with plenty of choice and nothing is too much trouble.
Steve is doing a great job of bringing the hotel back to life and we cannot wait to return to see further developments.

Great location and Steve is doing a fantastic job turning this place around. Room was comfortable, clean and had great views of the sea. Breakfast was also very good. Steve was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
Just a slight shame that the garden at the front wasn't complete during our stay and my only reccomendation would be to turn the top of the car park into customer parking spaces too as the others are on a slope and under bushes and we're a little tight.
