    Nice quaint, dog friendly hotel in Shanklin at the heart of everything. The beach is very close, as is the town for buses and trains. Food options are really good too for breakfast and dinner and there is an outside terrace. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It is a bit oldy worldy and there isn’t a lift in the hotel. Also the room doors do tend to bang shut loudly and you may hear the people in the next room. However it was a very pleasant stay and value for money.

    The check-in & check-out process is very straightforward. The team welcomed us warmly, provided clear instructions, and gave us our keys. When we checked out we just handed the keys over to the counter. As for the breakfast, it is not buffet style but a very nice lady cane to us to take our orders and she happily gave us our food & drinks just as we ordered it. The location is great. Very near the beach and there is a nearby bus stop as well. The train station itself is also not far so we just walked it.

    Breakfast is included, so a fair choice based on the price. However, quite disappointed with the toilet. The toilet is very small and old. Water pressure is extremely low and hot water is not working properly.
