Great views from the bedroom towards the sea (apart from the infamous Shanklin lift shaft). Sun rise while lying in bed was fantastic to see. Staff were great and the food was good. Although some areas were a little worn and could do with a bit of TLC, it was very clean and tidy.

Pleasant, convenient and very friendly hotel with great staff. Very nice breakfast and evening meals. We had a very nice sea facing room with a good bed. Handy for the sea front and Shanklin.

It was my first little Break away with my grandson. Hotel was absolutely perfect in a fantastic location with everything you need to enjoy your stay especially with a 5 year old who was up set we had we leave room number 7. Looking forward to visiting again in the future
