Breakfast was cooked to order and very tasty.
Bed was very ,very comfortable.
Swimming pool was a godsend as it was very hot

So friendly, as a person on her own very welcoming. Any thing I asked about, was helped wright away.
It looked tired, wall paper in room was coming away at the top. But the whole hotel was lovely.

Gill, the hotel manager was the first point of contact and instantly made us feel very welcome.
She gave us a map and leaflets about the Isle of Wight and clearly explained the hotel routine which inspired confidence that our four night stay was going to be exceptional.
Susie the breakfast host was equally welcoming and efficient serving delicious food that set us up for the day.
Both Gill and Susie and the whole team were partly responsible for a highly enjoyable holiday.
