Eastmount Hall Hotel

Everything was lovely. Decor a bit dated but perfectly ok . Slightly sad that cobwebs on light shade and when I moved bedside table there was a used cotton ball and half a bourbon biscuit on the floor. Single bed was not very comfortable as large spring sticking up in middle. Breakfast was lovely as was staff and owners so in spite of a couple of niggles would definitely book there again

Little more attention to cleaning

We had a great time at the hotel, fantastic location and swimming pool makes the difference. Also great customer service

Ceilings

Homely, friendly, the hosts were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Great range of facilities and exceptionally comfortable bed!

Breakfast and the room. The room was quite small for three people, which made it feel a little cramped. There was also an issue with the shower, as the water suddenly turned cold while taking a hot shower, which was quite uncomfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing. The quality of the food was below expectations, and the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. There also seemed to be a lack of communication among the team. The wrong choice of food was provided, and when we asked for it to be changed, the staff did not seem very happy about it. Overall, the experience was not what we expected.
