The hotel was in an excellent location , ten minutes walk from train station and five minutes to Shanklin promenade . It felt very homely and the bed was so comfy . I had cereal , full English breakfast and toast and coffee but there were lots more choices if you wanted different breakfast . Bernie and Lesley were very welcoming and friendly and were always willing to give you their best . Clean towels every day too .
There was two flights of stairs to the entrance of hotel which could not be helped being where hotel is but that would not put me off staying again but could be a problem with guests with mobility issues ,

Lools like B&B or guest house. Not really an hotel.
