Staff were very welcoming. Location and food were amazing. It was just right for us and we were greatly refreshed by our stay.

One of our bedroom windows couldn't be opened as the lock wasn't working...but it didn't spoil our stay...as the other one was fine.

The staff were extremely helpful we stayed here for festival and although our room wasn’t ready it being such a busy time for them they did offer us a room to get ready in which was very helpful and nice of them the room was spacious all our bags were put in our room once it was ready another thing they didn’t have to do it was all very clean and for the cost I think worth it
The only thing I think they could improve on is all the floorboards would squeak so you could here people walking around upstairs and downstairs it didn’t really bother me but I could see how it could bother someone

View once outside, nice pot of tea, friendly staff.
Dirty carpet, tv signal, no condiments, no seat, no slippers or robe, the view of people's balconies & rooms, the door lock, not a great presence when hardly anyone about at reception in the day, ordering a pizza & told ot takes 24 hrs..no mention of that i formation on the flyers in hallway & staitcase.
