This is an excellent property. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful new house with excellent features. Good WiFi. Close to two convenient bus routes. Easy walking distance to a shopping mall and large supermarket. Excellent seafood restaurant close by. The host is very reponsive (we had all our conversations on WhatsApp) and helpful. Instructions about entry and info about the house were excellent, including videos showing how to use various features.

This is nothing the host has control over: due to the structure of the building, there is no cell signal inside the house. So I couldn’t make or receive calls unless I went somewhere else.

Joli appartement moderne, confortable et bien équipé. Propriétaire à l 'ecoute, réactifl, répond aux questions rapidement. Appartement propre, bien situé près du centre

Seul bémol, pas de place de parking privative. On a un peu galéré pour trouver une place en fin de journée après nos visites.

Appoggio perfetto a Livorno

Siamo finiti in questo appartamento un po’ per caso, a causa della cancellazione del traghetto per l’isola di Capraia, ma si è rivelato un ripiego davvero fortunato! L’host Francesco è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile, condividendo tutte le informazioni utili tramite WhatsApp, inclusi ottimi consigli su ristoranti, supermercati e gestione dei rifiuti. L'appartamento è perfetto: recentemente ristrutturato, pulitissimo e ben funzionante. Punto a favore il sistema di check-in automatizzato con Vikey, che ci ha permesso di gestire tutto in autonomia e senza stress. Un ottimo appoggio, comodissimo sotto ogni aspetto! Consigliatissimo.

L'accoglienza da parte del proprietario, è stata estremamente calorosa e cordiale. La struttura è incantevole, con camere spaziose e confortevoli che offrono una vista mozzafiato sul paesaggio circostante,da Primark a porto a mare ad una passeggiata sul lungomare.La pulizia impeccabile e la cura per i dettagli si vedono in ogni angolo della struttura. Tutti i servizi messi a disposizione rendono il soggiorno impeccabile non posso che consigliare a chiunque vuole trascorrere qualche giorno o settimana in completo relax senza preoccuparsi di dove fare la spesa dove andare a cenare o cosa vedere

L’appartamento è molto bello, con arredamento tutto nuovo e pulitissimo. I servizi disponibili ottimi (Wi-Fi, check in e check out elettronici, acqua fresca in frigo e snack di benvenuto, allarme). In casa non manca nulla, c’è davvero tutto quello che può servire. La posizione è molto comoda, vicino al porto, al centro, a supermercati e ristoranti. Da ultimo ma non in ordine di importanza segnalo la grande disponibilità di Francesco, sempre presente con tanti consigli e in caso di necessità. Parcheggi in strada a pagamento fino alle 20 (dalle 20 alle 8 gratis) oppure un parcheggio a pagamento vicino. Assolutamente consigliatissimo!
