De ligging met het fenomenaal uitzicht op Sestri Levante, uitlopend naar 2 baaien in de zee. Daarnaast ook de host Silvia die super lief is, heel behulpzaam en enkel het beste wil voor haar gasten. Ook in de jacuzzi was het heerlijk vertoeven om te genieten van het mooie uitzicht en de rustige omgeving op de flank van een berg.
De kamers liggen vlak naast elkaar en doordat er geen goede geluidsisolatie is, hoor je te veel geluiden van de andere gasten, zeker wanneer ze van nature heel luidruchtig zijn en totaal geen rekening houden met de aanwezigheid van andere gasten in de kamer naast hun.
