Perfect location, and fantastic staff.

Perfect location. Quiet and a short walk to the beach, restaurants, main street and train station. Great for exploring the Ligurian coast. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was modest but fantastic and well presented. The rooms were really clean. We spent 6 very happy evenings enjoying the view from the balcony. We would definitely return. Our thanks to the staff for making our stay special.

10 min walk into Sestri and staff are lovely : )

Staff are wonderful at this Hotel couldn,t do enough for us only stopped the one night but they were brilliant. Hotel is walking distance into Sestri itself which was a bonus.

Not a great deal of choice at breakfast.

Hotel is equipped with all that makes a 3 star hotel.

The hotel it is more a youth hostel from the design. It is very poorly soundproofed and you can hear all the neighbours.

Very nice stay and wonderful and helpful staff, although food was a bit pricey in the town.

The hotel Sereno was very pleasant, the staff were more than helpful, really good breakfast.

Couple of small issues, no lift in the hotel, had a large case to take up 2 floors, the room was a bit small, pictures make it look bigger, and the shower attachment was broken, not too much of an issue. Bit of a trek from the station, but we did know that when we booked. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Great hotel for its price

A great hotel for a good price, located in a quiet location. There is a large free parking lot 5 minutes away where you can park your car. The staff is very hospitable and helpful. Room cleaning every day. We stayed here for a week and were completely satisfied with this hotel.

It was completely unimportant for us, but I will mention that the breakfasts were not very diverse.

very good value for money, clean room, friendly staff. even some vegan food (you need to tell staff in advance).

the staff was very friendly! safe neighborhood. you can walk to the center and the beach in 7 min, but you are still far away from the ‚party people‘ and the noises and sounds of the center. the rooms have balconies and the mini bar in the room is stashed with nice drinks.

-About 10 minutes walk to the beach -Reception was friendly -AC was working fine

-Minibar was broken -WiFi was not working in our room -One day we arrived back in the hotel and the roomservice left the door to our room completely open, nothing was stolen but not what you want to find after a relaxing day at the beach -On another day our room was cleaned but we didnt get towels, we had to get some at the reception -Hotel is located next to a school, so it is not as quiet as some reviews say. Additionaly the walls are very thin, you can hear everything happening in the rooms next to you -The shower is not sufficiently sealed, after every shower ther is some water on the ground in the bathroom -Breakfast was nothing special, some might expect more

Simply GREAT!

The Hotel Sereno is very close to the old town, beach and train station, you reach everything easily in a few minits walking. And it‘s sooo quiet, we slept like babies in very comfortable beds. The room was nice, very well equipet and super clean, and we enjoyed the small balcony with view to the green. The greatest thing was the staff: extremely friendly and helpful, the very nice lady at the reception is a real gem! THANK YOU!

- new Smart TV in the room - big bed with good pillows - friendly staff - free parking in the near - good breakfast, but no hot food, like eggs

- the shelf in the bathroom was not stable - the bathroom is very small - there were no big spoons in the breakfast, it was very strange, you must always ask for them - we couldnt take the food in the breakfast by ourselves, you must always ask for the food and waist time. The reason was „corona and bla bla bla“ although there was no problems in another hotel. Very strange.

The smell in the room was just terrible (most probably because of problems with bathroom facilities). The bed was old and not comfortable.

It is located quite close to the old center & the beach.

Booking prices are including taxes, but that did not stop them from adding the city tax, when mentioning this, they told us they know and see it but that it is a mistake... Quite dirty, small bathroom and a lot of musquitoes.

Al mare...in campagna!

Ambienti semplici, accoglienti , cura dei particolari, pulitissimo, colazione eccezionale, staff gentilissimo. Terrazzino arredato, con vista sulla campagna di Sestri, verde e rilassante. L'hotel è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro in posizione molto tranquilla per chi non ama la confusione

Nulla...l'unico problemino è la mancanza di parcheggio, ma in fondo alla via c'è un ampio piazzale in cui si può parcheggiare liberamente

Hotel elegante e comodo, con un'atmosfera molto accogliente e uno staff super. Pulito e posto in zona tranquilla, ma vicino al centro e alla stazione, è stato per me una piacevole sorpresa.
