Fantastic host and agriturismo in Sestri Levante

Delighted to find such a beautiful property in the town of Sestri Levante. The property is set in a beautiful gated garden, olive grove, chicken coop and a terrace to enjoy the views/peace whilst also being close to a city/autostrada and perfect as we had two dogs with us! The room was in fantastic condition, clean and modern set up alongside the shared kitchen area was amazing for tea and coffee throughout the day. Breakfast was a brilliant spread for only two of us, Simone went above and beyond to ensure we were very well looked after and had a very comfortable stay. We had actually broken down in Sestri Levante and couldn’t have been luckier to find somewhere we’d have picked to stay at if we were on holiday! Simone was even so kind to help us out and arrange a towing service for us onto our final destination, as our breakdown cover wasn’t able to fulfil it for us. So massive thank you to Simone, a very genuine and kind person and running a top quality agriturismo!

A home Away from home.

Sestri Levante, Agriturismo Uvileto Bartolomeo Once you are through the gate of this modern property, you find yourself in a tranquil olive grove with beautiful views from the breakfast room & terrace, of rolling hills in the distance. The room could use more counter and/or shelf space, plus luggage racks for 2 guests, to spread out. Calming walls and a mural feature, dominates the room, that co-ordinates with bathroom’s inset tile panels. The bed and bath rooms are well lit. The bath could use a glass shelf above the sink, more towel rods to dry towels, beyond the excellent towel warmer/dryer. Also a few hooks to hang clothing, would complete the room. The breakfast room is available after hours as a community room with coffee & tea making facilities provided. In the morning guests are greeted with the property’s lovely view, plus a beautiful display of breakfast items that include a fantastic homemade fresh fruit salad, plenty of coffee, bake goods, including home made ones and eggs to order, from their own hens! Our host and his mother take great pride in their property and were genuinely Interested in our comfort and welfare. It was a home away from home!

Absolute gem with the best breakfast we had in Italy

We booked this accommodation last minute, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! The owners are wonderful, super helpful with every request we had, including providing a crib for our baby and accommodating the family dog as well. The breakfast is probably one of the best we ever had in Italy, with home made fruit bowls, vegetables, bread, etc. We were truly impressed. This is an amazing accommodation! Also, parking is within the property, so we felt it was really secure.

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. An oasis of calm, tho so close and convenient for motorway. Beautiful relaxing vibes, and the best fresh breakfast we have ever been served in any location or country! Exceptional and unforgettable!

A hidden gem

We appreciated the safe and tranquil environment. The bed was very comfortable, our room very clean with everything we needed including a clothesdrying rack and clothespins. Simone and his mother always greeted us with a welcoming smile and were ready to help out in any way possible. The breakfast was delicious, excellent cappuccino, fresh fruit and an amazing choice of pastries and homemade cakes , served on the terrace. Our memories of this lovely spot will be one of the highlights of our visit to Italy. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality!

A beautiful B&B run by delightful people!

Agriturismo Uliveto Bartolomeo is a wonderful place to stay. Set in a family villa in an olive grove above Sestri Levante, a popular seaside resort, it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the town and ideal for those looking for a peaceful base from which to explore the Ligurian coast. Everything you could possibly want is provided by the charming and kind hosts, Simone and Irena, who are always on hand for their guests. The en-suite rooms are modern and comfortable - and the breakfast is outstanding. You can also relax under the olive trees in the extensive grounds. I really enjoyed staying at Agriturismo Uliveto Bartolomeo and would love to return there some day.

Best hidden gem!

Amazing place! The room was spacious and brand new. Excellent facilities inside and out. very quiet space, beautiful grounds and private secure parking. Hosts went over and above to show us a wonderful time. And as others have commented the breakfast was absolutely outstanding!! Definitely recommend a stay here, and next time we are in the area we will be back !!

L'idéal pour se reposer et pour visiter les sites touristiques des environs sans faire trop de kms.

L'ensemble des prestations de qualité : tant notre hôte très disponible, qui est d'une gentillesse, très à l'écoute, prêt à rendre service et à donner des conseils, tant l'hébergement : chambre et salle de bain très grandes, conviviales et très propres (avec terrasse, mais il faisait un peu froid pour en profiter et un grand jardin bien entretenu), tant l'emplacement : tout près du centre de Sestri Lavante en quelques minutes en voiture et proche de beaucoup de lieux à visiter, tant le petit-déjeuner préparé et servi par notre hôte : rien ne manquait. Merci encore.

Abbiamo trascorso un week end all'insegna del relax, grazie ad una struttura di alto livello.

La gentilezza dello staff e del proprietario della struttura, molto disponibile a venire in contro alle esigenze del cliente. Struttura davvero comoda al centro di Sestri Levante, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla e immersa nella natura. La colazione era ottima e l'arredamento della camera curato in ogni dettaglio, letto comodissimo.

En riktig pärla med bra läge och fantastiska värdar!

Bra läge nära motorvägen och med gångavstånd till stadskärnan. Helt fantastiskt bemötande av värdarna som var otroligt behjälpliga med allting, tex tidigare incheckning. Vi skulle egentligen bara ha stannat en natt men bokade till en extra just för att vi trivdes så oroligt bra. Frukosten går inte ens att beskriva, helt otrolig! Läget är underbart, tyst och lugnt bland olivlundar och rummen moderna och fräscha. Nästa gång vi är i Italien kommer vi stanna här igen, ett absolut måste!

Proche de l’accès autoroute et de Sestri levante dans un environnement campagne pour se reposer. Le bruit de l’autoroute n’est pas gênant car double vitrage la nuit. Très propre . Très belles chambres . Un bémol spécial pour le petit déjeuner : excellentissime , de qualité . Nous reviendrons. Vélos sur place!

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich und immer frisch zubereitet. Außerdem war Simone sehr zuvorkommend und stets bemüht unsere Wünsche und Anliegen umzusetzen. Wir konnten sogar vor Ort Fahrräder ausleihen. Kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Liebevoll und herzlich, leider zu viel autobahnlärm

Der Garten war toll für unseren Hund, genügend grün und Auslauf und Tiere auf dem Hof. die Terrasse zum Frühstück und das Essen war hervorragend, liebevoll zubereitet. Besonders der Obstsalat in der orangenschale ein traum. Auf Anfragen, wie gekochte Eier wurde Rücksicht genommen und zubereitet. Etwas Müsli und Nüsse wären wünschenswert. Der Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche ist auch ein plus, da unser Zimmer etwas klein war. Die Inhaber sind sehr liebevoll und versuchen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Mit dem Auto etwa 5-10 min zur Stadt / Strand. Es gibt einen hundestrand (Kies, Steine).

Die unmittelbare Autobahn (Lärm), sodass man nachts nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen konnte. Aber sobald man die Fenster schließt ist Ruhe, nur muss die Klimaanlage laufen, was wir nicht mögen. Zu den vorhandenen Kosmetik goodies könnte man ohrstöpsel anbieten.

Posizione strategica tranquilla. Arredata con gusto. Le colazioni preparate da Simone e sua mamma sono eccezionali genuine e una gioia per gli occhi. Simone è veramente attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Tutto è molto curato nei dettagli e la pulizia eccezionale. Tutto perfetto sono stato davvero bene e mi sono sentito come a casa. La gentilezza e la cortesia di Simone e sua mamma sono fuori dal comune e li ammiro per il loro entusiasmo nel farti sentire come a casa e non un semplice ospite.

Perfekt für die Erkundung von Portofino, Genua.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Die Anlage ist schön gelegen. Man ist in zwei Minuten auf der Autobahn Richtung Genua/Lucca, was für uns extrem hilfreich war. Das Frühstück war perfekt und die Reste standen den ganzen Tag zum freien Verzehr bereit. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit drei Tischen. Man kann sich am gekühlten Wasser und am Kapselkaffeeautomaten kostenlos bedienen.

Amabilidad, descanso y delicioso desayuno entre olivos!

Habitaciones cómodas, nuevas, muy limpias. Simone, el encargado, no puede ser más encantador y atento. Desayuno riquísimo! Y todo en un entorno muy cuidado, entre otras olivos, muy bonito!

Si tengo que sacarle algún defecto, Google maps no ayuda a llegar, pero con la ayuda de Simone lo logramos.

Breve ma bellissimo

Partiamo dal fatto che simone e sua mamma (i gestori della struttura) sono due persone fantastiche che ti fanno sentire come a casa e con cui scambiare volentieri due parole; il posto è incantevole immerso nel verde dei loro ulivi e la posizione super strategica per il mare (a circa 4/5 minuti in macchina). la colazione che ci siamo trovati davanti ha superato di gran lunga qualsiasi aspettativa, veramente ottima e al di sopra di altre colazioni fatte in strutture ben più costose! Super consigliato!

Sehr herzlicher Inhaber, mit viel Aufmerksamkeit und immer gute Laune! Voller Hingabe empfängt er seine Gäste, sowie auch uns.
