Never again!

The view

My room. Shower fitting so loose it fell on and hurt me. net curtain fell down. constantly bruised my shins on the corner of the base of my bed squeezing between it and my suitcase. Felt I was sharing the room with it's flimsy communicating door and all conversation and TV from next room sounding as if in mine. Breakfast room like old fashioned boarding house. Most food in boxes and bags as bought from shop. Obliged on my holiday to reach breakfast no later than 9am and at 8.15 if I was not quick to shout Go away the cleaners would come into my room. Restaurant mediocre at best compared with others at similar price. No comfortable chair to sit and read during torrential rain.This establishment is run for the convenience of staff not customers.

Excellent stay in a perfect location.

Location, location, location. Close to both bays and easy walking for all Sestri Lavante has to offer. A good selection of food was provided for a hearty breakfast. The restaurant also provided delicious food that is good value for money.

Location and the room was comfy enough, breakfast was okay. Parking in the street is possible and not too expensive. Bed was very comfy. Air con was very good and easy to control.

Singular absence of smiles. Sorry, but this is important. That’s me holding back! This did not apply to the room cleaning staff who were an absolute delight.

The first evening meal we used the hotel restaurant. Very disappointing. Worst meal of our stay and tried to overcharge us. Pleny of other great restaurants to choose from, though, so all good.

Disappointing

The location is first line of the beach, the nice view on the beach.

The host didn't look friendly and didn't not sound friendly. You feel unwelcome in the place. Plus excavator was working the whole day from 7 o'clock morning till 5 o'clock in the evening in the near of the hotel, as well as drunk people were shouting before the hotel till two o'clock in the night.

Confortable base for visiting Sestri Levante, Cinque Terre or Portofino

Good location on the beach front and close to center. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Breakfast was included and super OK, I.e continental style (ham, cheese, gems, focaccia, butter, orange juice, croissants).

Staff on front desk behave like they are replacing a colleague, took forever to find the reservation.

Good location in proximity to the sea front & approx 7 mins walk from train station. Close to Bay of Silence beach also and main drag for food, drink, shops in what is a great little town. Breakfast was adequate, coffee, pastry, juice included in price. Good room with added bonus of balcony.

Good value for money

It's a stone's throw away from everything! The room was spotless clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very big, considering normal standards. Breakfast is served at table and they have a wide variety of items to choose from. Make sure to have lunch or dinner at the restaurant at least once!

My advice is to have a breakfast menu because on the first day I thought they only offered an Italian kind of breakfast (croissant and coffee/juice) and it is not so at all!

Comfortable stay close to the beach

Very clean and comfortable room with beach view and big balcony. Reception allowed for early check-in which was nice.

The reception was quite impolite. The room wasn’t really soundproofed. It was very noisy, one could hear people chatting in the room next to us.

A convenient and comfortable base, with all facilities.

Friendly smallish hotel in an excellent location facing the bay in Sestri. Generous breakfasts, a good restaurant in the hotel. Our room was not large but perfectly adequate and had been well modernised recently, with good quality door and windows and a nice modern shower/WC. The old City immediately around , with plenty of restaurants .

Very good

Great breakfast, good location and decent room. Stayed 3 nights in Sestri Levante and used it as base to visit Porto Venere, Porto Fino and Cinque Terre. I wished we had stayed one more night to enjoy Baia del Silenzio.

Location and sea view, clean room

Poor breakfast; same every day … eggs were served broken and burned on the sides, menu is not published, so you cannot choose from a list, you get mainly what they have at the time. I had to remember them what to bring us to the table. They need to improve their attitude when serving foreign tourists and treat everybody the same way
