We enjoyed our stay at Casa Maria and the staff was friendly. English was a problem, but we managed!

Close to the railway station when travelling by train. We arrived quite early due to the possibility of a train strike, yet they accommodated us at the early time and we could go into our room. the beach and walkway is also very close. Despite the closeness to everything, the building is hidden behind other apartments so it is very quiet from street noise.

Structure perfect for one or two nights. Close to seafront with restaurants and bars.

Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was excellent.

Posizione perfetta, a 10 minuti dal mare, e dal centro. A 5 minuti dalla stazione con cui è possibile raggiungere le 5 Terre anche in un quarto d'ora. La Signora molto disponibile e cordiale.

Struttura pulita e personale disponile. La casa si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia e a 5/10 min a piedi dal centro. La proprietaria fa la possibilità di parcheggiare nel loro posto auto, fondamentale in questa zona. La cucina è in comune, ben attrezzata. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Qualche giorno a Sestri Levante

L'host ci ha accolti dandoci tutte le informazioni sulla casa e i dintorni. Ottima posizione della casa a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, 5 dalle spiagge e dal centro del paese, ideale per chi intende muoversi in treno.

La cucina in comune è provvista di tutto ciò che serve, anche se si potrebbero aggiungere alcune padelle e sostituire quelle vecchie ed usurate con qualcuna nuova.

Struttura semplice molto pulita, vicinissima al centro: consigliata per soggiorni brevi e comodi

Posizione molto comoda: 3 min a piedi dalla stazione di Sestri Levante, 2 min a piedi dal lungo mare con i vari bagni, 5-10 min a piedi dal centro. Camera molto pulita. Silvia è stata molto gentile: mi ha consigliato ristoranti meno turistici dove mangiare e mi ha permesso di tenere lo zaino tutto il giorno in una stanza privata della struttura, nonostante il check-out. Cucina e frigorifero in comune per me sono stati super utili. Balconcino comune per stendere e con pattumiera differenziata. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo! Lo consiglio per soggiorni brevi da soli o in coppia. Se dovessi tornare in zona, prenoterei di nuovo qui :)

La casa è un po’ vecchiotta, il mobilio, la zona comune e i sanitari sono abbastanza datati, quindi leggermente meno comodi e non particolarmente belli. La tv in camera prendeva pochissimi canali - non un grande problema per me, ma lo segnalo per coloro che tengono particolarmente a questo aspetto. Sarebbe stato carino che sul balcone ci fosse stato un tavolino con due sedie.

Catapecchia Beach

Non c’era nessuna colazione. L’unica cosa buona è la posizione.

Quella che voi definite struttura è una catapecchia. Due stanzette minuscole vendute a prezzi assurdi. Non mancano i servizi, semplicemente non sono previsti. Non c’è nulla. La host, o comunque la tizia che avrebbe dovuto accoglierci, è una cafona. Il parcheggio se lo sono fatto pagare 10 euro al giorno: difficoltà assurda nel parcheggiare mettendo a rischio la carrozzeria dell’auto. Dovete assumervi la responsabilità di quello che mettete in vendita. Non potete vendere roba del genere.

Esperienza positiva

Due passi dal mare e dalla stazione. Posizione tranquilla con vista sul verde al piano rialzato di un condominio. Forse eccessivo il prezzo. Bagno nuovo e pulitissimo all'interno della stanza, solo un po' scomodo il doccino. Ambiente luminoso con aria condizionata. Materasso molto comodo a differenza dei cuscini piuttosto scadenti. Eccellente l'accoglienza e la disponibilità della signora Antonella.
