Brilliant, best value for money!

In many ways better than 5-star hotels! Alessandro created an atmosphere with style, taste, warmth and utmost professionalism. Every detail is perfect in the room - we had room 1 - and around the house. Clean, private, great comfort of bed and bathroom (fluffy high quality towels for example), daily replenished coffee capsules in the room, and a bonbon on the bedside tables. Huge tv, strong wifi, cleanliness at its peak. Breakfast is superb in quality and choice, we spent 4 nights here and every breakfast had something different, new vs the day before. Alessandro, the owner is the kind of guy you'd be glad to have around as a friend or even just as a neighbour - polite, smiling, respectful and very helpful (a full day trip on pdf from him just as a courtesy). Highly recommended for all!

Just wonderful.

Our stay in this place was really wonderful and special. The host - Alessandro was very helpful and made some special gift for us - because we had some celebration with my wife. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely return to you next time. p.s. The garden is gorgeous. Breakfast is delicious. Special thanks for your mom for the cakes.

Amazing stay, amazing host!

The host Alessandro was amazing. He was extremely helpful and provide very good tips for the things to do around Sestri. The room was super clean and the bed was very good. The breakfast was fabulous with fresh orange juice and plenty of choice. The garden with jacuzzi was very cosy. We will definitely return when we are in the neighbourhood.

The stay was absolutely lovely. Alessandro is a very pleasant person and very helpful. He gave us some useful tips, where we could drive to explore the neighborhood. The room and the garden are absolutely fantastic 😍 Thank you Alessandro, that you furnished the apartments so sweet and heartily with attention to each detail. We loved our stay!!! The breakfast was also very good: fresh ingredients, fresh juice and lovely fresh focaccia 🥰 Thank you and see you later, Alessandro!!

Fantastic accommodation with a delicious breakfast, parking and secure bike storage.

Alessandro was a super host and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Our room had its own entrance, was beautifully decorated, efficient air conditioning, modern ensuite and comfortable bed. There were bathrobes and slippers which were a pleasant surprise. A cold buffet breakfast was included with a good range of options and the freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. Alessandro gave us information on how to get to the centre of Sestri Lavante, provided a map plus gave us ideas on where to eat.. The property provides ample free parking and safe storage for bikes, both a big plus when considering places to stay.

Beautiful place

Very quiet and beautiful place, we rented bikes so we could easily get to the seaside. The breakfast was amazing! Alessandro was really helpful in everything and so nice to talk to. And we loved the little chocolates every day in our room and the whole decoration was really pretty. We would stay there again!

Beautiful B&B that exceeded our expectations!!

We absolutely loved the fact that it was away from the busy center. The suite we got was very spacious, beautifully designed and very clean. Beds were super comfortable. The outside garden area filled with beautiful plants. They serve a big assortment of sweet and savory breakfast including fresh squeezed orange juice. Thank you so much Alessandro for being such a great host caring about all our needs and giving us valuable suggestions.

Wonderful Experience

Alessandro is doing his B&B with head and heart. Everything is well thought through, from Air Conditioner, to Mosquito net, to SMART TV, but as well with extreme passion like extremely nice communication, lovely maintained and decorated house and garden, local breakfast etc. It was a great experience.

- Great accommodation, very cosy, beautiful and with attention to every little detail. - Great hosts, very friendly, polite and willing to assist you with every enquiry that you have. - Amazing breakfast everyday with local fresh delicacies, also fresh homemade juice. Un séjour au top…. A réitérer…

Une chambre tout confort, très propre. La maison se trouve au calme tout en étant proche des axes routiers permettant de partir à la découverte de la région. Alessandro est un hôte aux petits soins. Nous recommandons à 100%…. Et reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.

Nous nous y sommes rendues en novembre… donc pas d accès au jacuzzi, ni de petits déjeuners proposés… Nous avons donc hâte d y retourner en saison estivale pour profiter de ces 2 services.
