nice decorated rooms and clean rooms, free parking available, 15-20 min walk to the beach, train station nearby

breakfast was basic, not many choices. beds were uncomfortable.

The bedroom was a good size, cool and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and informative. It was a small hotel.

We hadn't realised that it would be such a long walk to the beach and the nearest restaurants, and the evening meal was only served at the hotel Monday to Thursday. It was 25 minutes to the beach and the restaurants, and uphill all the way back to the hotel. The wardrobe was far too tall, and we couldn't hang our clothes easily.

Friendly staff, the breakfast is fine, it's easy to take the train around to lovely nearby areas. The room was spacious. It's a residential area so it's calm.

I got a very hot attic room with a noisy AC at first, but fortunately they changed it to a much nicer room after the first night.

Everything was perfect! The hostess Barbara ist very friendly and eager to help. The rooms are cosy and have everything one could need, we had also sunset sea view! :) Dinner is also highly recommended with fresh pasta and tasty main course and dessert. Breakfast is regular for Italy, it is not that much variеty, but it has a little bit of everything, you will definitely find something for you. For the price - very good. Good coffee and croissants 🙂

La gentilezza del personale e le dimensioni della camera da letto In 5 minuti a piedi tramite una scalinata si raggiunge la stazione ferroviaria con cui si possono raggiungere le varie località delle cinque terre

L'ingresso carrabile un pochino scomodo in quanto è molto vicino ad una curva

La nostra stanza "Monterosso" si trovava in una struttura separata dal corpo principale, a cui si accedeva dal lato destro del parcheggio, salendo una gradinata. Camera e bagno molto belli e spaziosi, puliti e con tutto il necessario (anche un frigo minibar rifornito di bevande, che noi abbiamo usato per riporre panini e snack da viaggio freschi). Di notte zona silenziosa, di mattino una siepe davanti alla finestra piena di piccoli uccellini che ci hanno dato il buongiorno. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e sempre disponibili nei nostri confronti, da subito attendendoci per un check-in un pò oltre l'orario standard poi per fornirci informazioni e consigli su cosa visitare in zona e come raggiungere meglio i punti di nostro interesse. Colazione gradita da tutta la famiglia, con scelta tra dolce e salato.

Nous avons apprécié notre chambre spacieuse et confortable, un lit avec une bonne literie, un canapé, une armoire pour ranger les vêtements, un mini bar, une belle salle de bain avec douche, bidet, toilette. Un petit déjeuner varié. La proximité avec la gare pour aller au cinque terre. La gentillesse de nos hôtes et leurs bons conseils pour nos visites de la région, la possibilité de se garer à l’hôtel.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hohe Räumlichkeiten, Möglichkeit draußen im Grünen zu sitzen! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mit La Gardenie ein gutes Lokal. Schöne Strandpromenade und sauberer Strand.

Die Matratze war etwas hart. Der Fußweg zum Strand ist schon länger und geht ein längeres Stück an der Straße entlang.

La camera e il bagno erano ampi e appena ristrutturati. C'è un piccolo giardino e la zona , nonostante sia sulla via Aurelia , è silenziosa e tranquilla. Ottima la colazione in un ambiente piacevole e raccolto. Gli Host sono stati estremamente accoglienti e ci hanno dato utili informazioni sui trekking nei dintorni. l'ingresso all'autotrada è a pochi minuti d'auto. Ci torneremo

Accoglienza e disponibilità dei titolari davvero buona. Camera pulita, grande e accogliente. Locale climatizzato. Servizio di colazione molto buono. Indicazioni e consigli su escursioni davvero molto preziosi.
