Comfortable stay at great location

The location is great. 5 minutes walk from the train station and 5/10 minutes walk to the beach, bars restaurants . My room was very spacious. The continental breakfast is very good.

Very nice location , the breakfast was extremely good, The personnel was very kind.

Initially they offered us a very noisy room near the street with a lot of scooters and car passing in nearby and we could not sleep until morning. However, the receptioner was kind and helped us to change the room.

This is an amazing hotel. Family run and extremely friendly, and also very efficient and smooth in every way. The bedrooms are lovely- we have stayed twice now, in different rooms and both have been brilliant. The rooms are superbly serviced and everything is quick and discreet. The public spaces in the hotel are fantastic, and the inside sunrooms and top terrace all delightful. The breakfast environment is really nice, creating a lovely relaxed holiday vibe, and the actual breakfast is really good. The location, just across the road from the sea is superb, and the station is a really short walk of around 4 minutes or so. This hotel provides the perfect holiday experience and we are already excited to return next year.

Inhuman hotel management

The hotel location is very good. Just near the sea.

The hotel staff are really inhumane. I understand that the policy was to do a check in before 11 pm. Our car broke down on the way and we requested to allow us at 1 am. They did not listened and have done nothing to adjust. We infact called them multiple times and requested but they just cut the line and was not willing to listen at all. At the end we have to spend the whole night in our car outside.

Exceptional

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Genova. The family that run the hotel were very lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel room was super clean and had a gorgeous sea view which we hadn’t expected - great surprise! The breakfast was nice as well and the larger beach is literally a 1 minute walk away so location is perfect. Sestri Levante has a beautiful Old Town with lots of nice shops and restaurants and the silent bay is a very special beach with lots of flair. We would definitely stay there again!
