A pretty standard apartment in a good location.

Great location for the San Siro stadium, and easy tram/train links into the centre of Milan. The price was quite good.

A pretty bland apartment - nothing on the walls to brighten the place up, and it felt quite unwelcoming. It was quite unclean too - lots of dust and hair in the corners of rooms, under beds, etc. Most of the cutlery and crockery in the kitchen needed a clean before use.

Very nice apartment

The location of the apartment was great, loads of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. Including a 24 hour supermarket a short walk away, which was handy when we arrived late on. There are very good transport links to get you around Milan. The apartment is self was spacious enough for 5 of us staying and would definitely return. It was self check-in but very good communication from the host over what's app, explaining how to gain entry and also was quick to reply to any questions we had during the stay.

Unfortunately the kettle was not working on arrival, this didn't impact us that much as we were happy to go to the local cafes. There is a loft room, with a very low ceiling (less than 6ft) this wasn't too much of an issue for our group. But may be uncomfortable for taller guests.

Es war eine schöne moderne Wohnung für 3-4 Personen perfekt.

Es gab leider keine Geschirrtücher, was doch praktisch gewesen wäre, da wir für das Frühstück Geschirr benutzten.

Boa localização.. Ideal para um casal e 2 crianças.

O apartamento tem tudo o que se precisa para uma estadia confortável. Está muito bem localizado num bairro bonito em frente a um parque, pareceu seguro e o acesso ao apartamento foi super tranquilo. Alguns restaurantes, supermercado, paragem do autocarro e estação do metro perto.

As paredes estão um pouco sujas no quarto principal, o que poderia ser resolvido nas limpezas. O colchão no quarto de baixo afunda bastante, o que pode provocar algum desconforto. A tv da sala não tinha imagem, apenas som.

Appartamento carino e silenzioso, con divano grande e spazioso, letti comodi, stabile elegante. Ideale per 3 persone, chi dorme sul soppalco ha totale privacy pur non avendo porte.

Non c'è uno specchio a figura intera e lo specchio del bagno anche se è grande non è utile per specchiarsi una volta vestiti. Abbonamenti a vari canali streaming non presente!

CAPARRA TRATTENUTA INGIUSTAMENTE, MAI SUCCESSA UNA COSA COSI IN 20 ANNI DI TRASFERTE DI LAVORO

Purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata positiva. Ho soggiornato per tre notti da solo, utilizzando l’alloggio esclusivamente per dormire e farmi una doccia, poiché ero a Milano per lavoro e trascorrevo fuori l’intera giornata. Nonostante ciò, al termine del soggiorno l’host ha trattenuto la caparra di 100 €, sostenendo che avrei utilizzato più letti e tutti gli asciugamani, arrivando perfino ad affermare che non fossi solo durante il soggiorno. Tutte accuse infondate: ho usato solo un letto e ho rispettato la struttura. Faceva molto caldo (circa 30 gradi) e ho utilizzato, come chiunque avrebbe fatto, 3 asciugamani grandi e 2 piccoli in dotazione per l’igiene personale nei tre giorni. Non avevo segnalato inizialmente alcuni aspetti negativi — come l’odore sgradevole all’arrivo e le lenzuola macchiate — perché, trattandosi di un breve soggiorno lavorativo, non volevo creare problemi. Ma vista la gestione dell’host e le accuse infondate, ritengo giusto condividere la mia esperienza con altri viaggiatori. Deludente.

Вчасно та докладно прийшли інструкціі як потрапити до квартири. Квартира поряд з метро та зупинкою автобуса. Квартира зручна з усім посудом ( відсутня мікрохвильова пічка). Був квест спати на ліжку на 2 неповноцінному поверсі, щоб не травмувати голову.

Bon séjour et bon établissement.

L’emplacement , à 25 min à pied du centre ville . Proche de commerces et restaurants ainsi que des bus et tramways .

Le manque de verres et ustensiles comme des casseroles . Le manque de ventilation ( VMC ) dans la salle de bain . La canapé pas confortable . Nous avons mis le matelas parterre .
