Location, space

L'appartamento era molto pulito, confortevole e dotato di tutti i confort. Non ho votato il wi-fi perchè non l'ho utilizzato, ma è a disposizione gratuitamente.

Un aspetto soggettivo: il materasso del letto è troppo morbido. Avrei preferito un materasso più duro.

Location was great, cleanlines was spot on, the place was very neat and clean, all the amenities available were great which is what you need for a comfort living. Very good transport links as there are various options. Lots of shops and restaurants around.

Check in process was not great as the instructions given did not work for us. Our flight was delayed by 2.5 hours so we reached at property after 11PM which is out of their support hours. We got stuck without having keys for sometime and literally I was about to book a one night stay at nearby hotel. Luckily God has sent us an Angel in the form of one of the residence living there who was kind and allowed us go past the security gate. We managed to get the keys after this point. I have tried to explain the support team next day but their response was not satisfactory as we have been told "we already got the keys now so just use it to open the gate". But that was not the point we were trying to make. This is a big risk if someone is trying to check in after 11PM and if they cannot access the keys so hope the management will take this point to look this matter to avoid inconvenience for future guests.

Жахливий район, небезпечний, ми як компанія з трьох дівчат постійно почувались максимально некомфортно просто прогулюючись вулицею. Коли ми прийшли вперше було важко зрозуміти як потрапити до підʼїзду, так як ключів ми ще не отримали, а на контактний номер ніхто не відповідав, нам пощастило що зсередини відкрив двері пан сусід. З цими ж дверима була безліч проблем, тому що замок у двері в підʼїзд очевидно зламаний, ключ погано працює, і кожне повернення до апартаментів супроводжувалось 15-20 хвилинами старань лише відкрити підʼїзд. В душі не вистачає дверей, не дуже комфортно.
