Een zeer behulpzame host, een zeer proper onderhouden appartement met zeer moderne bedden(matrassen) en een afgesloten collectieve parking voor de wagen. Er zijn nieuwe airco's geplaatst in de slaapkamers, en deze hadden een buitenbalkon met uitzicht op de parking.
De keuken was aan de kleine kant en in de eetkamer zelf was er geen airco. De gekoelde lucht kon vanuit de slaapkamers doorgestuurd worden met een ventilator waardoor het totaal wel gekoeld werd. De wandeltijd tot de kust was toch al gauw een 40 minuten. Bij 35 graden in drukke straatjes met dubbel geparkeerde wagens is dit geen leuke wandelomgeving. Er was wel een langere omweg via de winkelstraat.
