We had a wonderful experience at this hotel on Cu Lao Cham. What impressed us the most was the kindness and availability of the staff. They were always very helpful and ready to help us. They checked for us if the port was closed and changed our speedboat tickets whenever we needed. Because the port was closed on our first day, they also changed our room reservation so that we only paid for the days we actually stayed at the hotel. Later, when we decided to leave one day earlier because of the boat availability to return to the mainland, they changed our reservation again without any problem. They were always kind, understanding and flexible, and this made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. We really appreciated their help and professionalism. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cu Lao Cham. Thank you so much for everything!

Wat een prachtige plek en locatie! Een hele fijne kamer met fantastisch uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar, hij denkt graag met je mee!

Overall, this place is seriously overpriced. The room was very small and didn’t have the promised balcony or terrace. Even with both the air conditioner and the fan on, it was still really hot — the AC is placed right by the entrance, so the cool air never reaches the bed. The staff were unfriendly, and there were noisy guests partying late into the night. When we tried to find the host after 10 p.m. to help us deal with the noise, he was nowhere to be found — apparently, he had gone to rest. In general, the price is way too high for what you get. It feels like mainland prices but with very low quality. The bed was also quite small. You can definitely find something better for the same money.
