Our family of 7 adults and 3 children recently spent one wonderful night at Nesta Hoi An Resort & Spa, booking four Deluxe Balcony rooms. Although our stay was short, the experience was truly memorable, and we would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire resort team for their thoughtful hospitality and attentive service. The resort offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful river views, elegant architecture, and spacious, airy surroundings. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable, with balconies overlooking the garden and swimming pool, making them a lovely place to unwind with the family. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good variety of dishes and local flavours that made the experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Ms. Thanh from the Front Desk, whose professionalism, warmth, and genuine willingness to help made a lasting impression on us. When I called on Friday evening to enquire about the room categories and available services, she explained everything clearly, patiently, and in great detail. Her thoughtful consultation gave us such confidence in Nesta that I decided to make the booking immediately, without needing to consider any other options. What impressed us even more was her dedication to accommodating our family's needs. We specifically requested four rooms on the same floor, and Ms. Thanh kindly sought approval from her management and arranged a complimentary room-category upgrade for one of our rooms to help fulfil this request. This thoughtful gesture meant a great deal to our family and demonstrated the team's flexibility, care, and commitment to creating a comfortable stay for their guests. From the very first phone call to our check-out, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. It is often the people behind a resort who turn a pleasant stay into a truly special memory, and the team at Nesta Hoi An certainly did that for us. Thank you, Ms. Thanh, and the entire Nesta Hoi An Resort & Spa team for making our family getaway so enjoyable and memorable. We would be delighted to return in the future and would happily recommend this resort to families and travellers looking for a peaceful retreat with warm, attentive hospitality in Hoi An. Five stars for the beautiful setting, excellent service, and, above all, the wonderful people who made us feel so welcome.
