    Loved my 2 night stay in the Deluxe Rooftop room! So light and spacious. Gorgeous to open the doors on to the balcony and watch the world go by on the river and the streets. Huge bathroom with bath and comfy king bed ๐Ÿ‘Œ The hotel was so comfortable to be in. Extremely clean. The pool was large and clean with lots of loungers. Great location with many restaurants, cafes, laundry & mini supermarket in the surrounding streets. Really easy to walk around and the hotel also offered free bikes too. And every staff member was friendly and happy. Would have stayed longer if my schedule allowed.

    The hotel team and staff and receptionist and manager were great, helpful and so kind, especially Vivian, who was very accommodating because I made a booking mistake and made sure everything went smoothly for me. The hotel is pretty well located, in a part of the town that is not so busy. The beach nearby is only 2 minutes walk, and other beaches are not that far by car, scooter, or even bicycle. The atmosphere is nice and relax in the hotel, it feels good to be there and chill at the pool, swimming for a bit and enjoy the stay, or using the gym for a couple hours per day was also nice. Everything is clean and in good shape. The breakfast and food in general was really good too and fresh. Room is great, thereโ€™s everything you need, neat, great bathtub, also a great view of the sunrise on the sea from my windowโ€ฆ memorable! Excellent value !

    Our experience at Wyndham Garden Hoi An Cua Dai Beach was far below expectations and largely driven by misleading information. The listing promoted key features including an โ€œinfinity pool with panoramic sea views,โ€ โ€œprivate beach,โ€ โ€œsupervised kidsโ€™ pool,โ€ and โ€œrooftop ocean-view dining.โ€ None of these were actually available. These are not minor discrepanciesโ€”they are core selling points and directly influenced our booking decision. Service and hygiene were also concerning: Extremely limited vegetarian/vegan breakfast despite repeated requests Constant sleep disruption due to roosters from neighbouring properties (around 3am daily) One meal contained a piece of steel woolโ€”this is a serious hygiene concern. The staff response was casual, with no proper apology or acknowledgment of the risk Poor housekeeping standards (basic items like body wash not refilled for 4 guests over 5 nights) Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations of accuracy, hygiene, or service. The only positives were the convenient location and one standout staff member, Vivian, who genuinely tried to help.
