The receptionist Tuyet was wonderful. She immediately solved the small issues with my first room and changed my room. The room was comfortable and spacious bathroom with a inner door. The balcony had a beach view. The location was good too, walkable distance to the beach. I even had a very relaxing foot massage on the last day. I got an extended check out after paying a small fee. All thanks to Tuyet!
The first night there were many issues with my room. The air conditioning made noise, and the whole bathroom got very wet after a shower as there was no shower cel door. However after I reported it in the morning to Tuyet, she upgraded my room and gave me a really good room.

The rooms are basic but clean and you have everything you need. I asked for extra pillows and towels, no problems at all. We like this neighbourhood which is away from the crazy old town. It’s lovely with some lovely coffee shops and restaurants. Try Hoco coffee!
The pool is small and right at the front next to reception. But it’s not too bad. Could do with a covered area outside to sit when it rains.

The location was good although the beach was not so relaxing with all the trucks etc.
Bed was very hard.
