Love the Muca, rooms are a bit on the small side, but downstairs ones have their own little private bit of grass and a hedge. Rooms newly renovated, and the grounds are wonderful, lots of secluded places to sit and contemplate your navel, fab pool. There is another pool but the mystery is why one can't swim in it, it seems to be for decoration only but makes no sense at all as is perfectly clean and usable, no clear explanation given. This is a really good place for a longer term stay and is in a lovely quiet area on the river, rather unique. Bikes are news staff are divine, food is good. And large Moonmilk grocery shop around the corner. Close to Cua Dai beach

NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THE SECOND POOL! Why not? ????No explanation. It's cleaned every day.

I was very impressed with how the team at Muca Hoi An handled my situation. Even though I missed my original booking date, the staff kindly helped rearrange my stay for my next visit. Everyone was very friendly, and we were even invited to tour the property and use the pool. The Vietnamese food at the riverside restaurant was excellent. I’ll definitely stay here next time. Highly recommended.

The hotel location is only 10 minutes away from the Ancient Town. The staffs were welcoming which contributed to the enjoyment of my stay and got a peaceful experience when walking around the establishment.
