Lage und Anlage sehr gut. Wohnung sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Küchenutensilien nicht sehr üppig. Auflaufform, Gemüsemesser usw. fehlen und wären für die Versorgung einer Familie gut, wenn vorhanden. Bauruine im Zentrum schon sehr lange.
