Completed in January 2015, the Babette Beach Villa can accommodate up to 12 people in 260 m² of living space, divided into two exclusive halves. Identical in their solid construction, each half offers exclusive vacation accommodations for up to approximately 6 people and is suitable for families as well as—ideally—for friends or acquaintances.

Pets are allowed for a fee (€10 per night & €20 per booking for pet cleaning), but with the following restrictions:
- Max. 1 pet per vacation rental
- House-trained and well-behaved (pets are not allowed on upholstered furniture or in beds)
- Child-friendly
- Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the entire property
- Dogs are not permitted to relieve themselves on the property
- Dog owners are required to immediately and independently clean up after their dogs
