The Beach House Rügen - Haus Schotstek (H-1114-02) from the inside:
When you check in, you’ll be surprised at first, since this house doesn’t follow the usual layout—living downstairs, sleeping upstairs. The three separate bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with a double bed (box spring). Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV (32 inches) and is furnished with high-quality HÜLSTA furniture. You’ll also find the sauna on the first floor, as well as a bathroom with double countertop sinks, a walk-in shower, and a special water-air rain shower.
Upstairs, you’ll find a large living room with a fireplace, ambient lighting, a cozy sofa area, a flat-screen TV (55 inches), a home theater sound system, and free Wi-Fi. Just like on the first floor, everything here is furnished with high-quality HÜLSTA furniture. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped to prepare even the most elaborate dishes. In addition to every conceivable kitchen utensil, the kitchen features a large refrigerator, a separate freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-burner induction cooktop, and a microwave. The large dining table for 6 people is available not only for meals but also for fun game nights (games are provided). The second bathroom is also located on the upper floor, featuring a floor-level water-air rain shower. Adjacent to the living room, separated only by a sliding glass wall, is the large rooftop terrace with a full set of outdoor furniture. The garden property is fenced in on all sides.

Welcome to the Beach House (H-1114) on Rügen! From your 5-star-rated vacation home, you’re just about 50 m away from the fine-sand southern beach of the sophisticated Baltic Sea resort of Göhren on Rügen. The two identical half-houses are stylishly designed right up to the roof, each measuring 140 m², with free Wi-Fi and equipped to the highest standard. Each vacation home has its own sauna, two luxurious bathrooms, three bedrooms with TVs, and, on the upper floor, a huge living area furnished in a Pop Art style, featuring a large kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need, a sofa area, a fireplace, and a TV/home theater system. The loft-style living area opens directly onto the large rooftop terrace with a magnificent ocean view. It is equipped with a barbecue fireplace and comfortable patio furniture.
On the opposite side is a small, cozy sun balcony with a beach chair. You’ll find even more variety in the fully fenced-in garden. Our guests also have free access to the Ahoi! water park in Sellin. With various pools, a water slide, and a relaxing sauna area, the water park is the ideal alternative when the weather is bad. This makes a getaway at the Beach House Rügen well worth it even during the cooler months. Special rates are also available for stays with 2 guests. Each vacation home has two parking spaces located one behind the other directly on the property.
Just a little over a 10-minute walk and you’ll find yourself in the center of the Kneipp spa town. In addition to numerous shops and restaurants, you’ll also find the Göhren Local History Museums, which invite you to take a closer look at the town’s history.

Sehr schöne Doppelhaushälfte, mit großer Terrasse und Balkon, nur 50 m vom schönen Ostsee Sandstrand entfernt.
Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und mit sehr hochwertigen, modernen Möbeln ausgestattet.
Die Farben wirken ein bisschen kühl, aber das ist Geschmacksache.
Wir können das Haus zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Es war ein durchweg gelungener Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen und geräumigen Haus. Der Eigentümer hat sich sehr viel Mühe mit einer Erklärung des Inventars in schriftlicher Form gegeben, die beim Lesen nicht nur für Aufklärung sorgte, sondern man merkte sofort, dass an alles gedacht wurde und Jemand mit Herz und Humor dahinter steckt. Wirklich toll. Die Küche war top ausgestattet, in diesem Umfang haben wir es noch in keiner Ferienimmobilie erlebt. Großes Lob.
Wir würden jederzeit eine Empfehlung aussprechen und auch selbst sehr gerne zum Wiederholungstäter werden. Danke!
