Our thatched luxury villa Baltic Sea Fresh is located on the sandy beach of Lobbe near the big tourist centers Göhren, Sellin, Sellin and Binz. On a 2500 m² plot to do in an approximately 142 m² villa a dream vacation.
The villa is suitable for a family or friends.
On the upper floors there are 2 balconies, 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and a private office with a desk and sofa bed box spring for 2 people.
In the lounge area has a fireplace, large flat screen TV with sound bar and Blu Ray player, a large dining table for 8 people and an open kitchen with very good facilities.
From dining table on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper floor with a balcony view in the extensive gardens.
The villa is equipped with a total of 4 bathrooms. Downstairs you will find a bathroom with sauna, shower and toilet. On the upper floors there are three more bathrooms - one with an additional bath. The large bathroom on the upper floor you have a view of the Baltic Sea. The nearby sandy beach is within walking distance in less than 5 minutes.
